Registration information

Due to the  COVID-19 sanitary  restrictions, the number of participants is limited to 40. This number could be further reduced if the situation worsens in July.

The registration to this summer school is free and the participants only have to pay for their travel to Toulouse. We strongly encourage the participant to buy modifiable or refundable tickets for their travel to Toulouse. The GDR cannot be asked to refund the tickets in case of cancellation of the summer school.

Registration is free, but please register only if you are certain to attend this summer school. Each doctoral student must provide the name of his/her of his/her thesis director who will be contacted by email to confirm the participation of the doctoral student to the summer school and that the laboratory will cover the travel to Toulouse.

If you are unable to complete your registration because the maximum number of registrations has been reached, please send an email to nicomett@laas.fr. You will be contacted you in case someone cancels his/her registration

Practical Information

The school takes place in the DGEI Department of the french engineering school INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées). Some information about the access to INSA Toulouse can be found here

Some detailed information about the housing will be soon available. The participant of the summer school will be lodged in rooms of the CROUS of Toulouse. These rooms are located at 5 mns walk from the INSA.
